Heater broke on Easter Monday, so we troubleshooted the flooding issues over the phone.....flooding sorted. The next day he inspected the problem and liaised with me while I was at work to select and install a new water heater and by the afternoon my troubles were over at a fair price. I still haven't met Paul Ades, but he'll be dropping by to show me how it all works if I ever need to change the settings or do maintenance. Paul, your a legend.
